Healing begins when you honor your story and choose your future.

I’m Judy Gray, a woman who turned her deepest pain into her greatest passion. My journey as a betrayed partner led me to discover my true calling: guiding others through the challenging and transformative path of healing from relational betrayal.
When I was a little girl, filling out those “What do you want to be when you grow up?” worksheets in school, my answers were simple—maybe a teacher, a guidance counselor, or even my favorite dream: a dolphin trainer. Never in my wildest imagination could I have envisioned becoming a betrayal trauma coach. Why? Because the innocence of my childhood heart couldn’t fathom such pain existed, let alone that it would one day become the foundation of my life’s work.
But here I am, doing what I now know is my dream job—a role that has ignited a fire and passion within me that words often fail to describe. My journey into coaching began nearly eight years ago after experiencing sexual betrayal trauma firsthand. At the time, I was raising four children—including a newborn—and felt overwhelmed by loneliness and confusion. Through my own healing process, I discovered strength, resilience, and purpose. Today, I'm dedicated to helping other women navigate their own recovery journeys with dignity and hope.
From the very first moment after my own "D-Day" (discovery day), I knew I would not let my pain be in vain. I was determined to give purpose to my experience, my healing, and my story. I wanted to be a light for other women navigating the same loneliness, confusion, and heartbreak—the kind that makes you feel isolated even when surrounded by loved ones.
The pain of intimate betrayal is unlike anything else. It’s nuanced, raw, and deeply personal. Yet, at its core, there’s something profoundly universal about it—a connection that binds those of us who’ve walked this path. It’s the unspoken understanding of “Me too… I get it… You’re not crazy… This is not TMI.” It’s the validation, normalization, and empathy that create a safe space where healing begins.
I didn’t want anyone else to have to walk this journey alone—in silence, in fear of judgment or shame. Everyone’s story is unique, but we are united by the shared experience of betrayal trauma and the hope for something better on the other side. It has been my honor to provide that connection and support to other partners, and it would be my privilege to walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing.
You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we can turn your pain into purpose and help you reclaim your life.
At Grayview Coaching, my approach is rooted in both professional training and personal experience. As a certified APSATS Partner Coach and a survivor of sexual betrayal trauma, I bring a unique blend of trauma-informed expertise and genuine empathy to my work.

The APSATS MPTM is the foundation of my coaching practice. This model is specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by betrayed partners, recognizing that betrayal trauma impacts multiple areas of life—emotional, relational, physical, spiritual, and psychological.
Here’s how the MPTM shapes our work together:
Safety and Stabilization
Healing begins with safety. Together, we’ll create an environment where you feel secure, validated, and free from judgment. We’ll focus on helping you establish emotional stability and set healthy boundaries to protect your well-being.
Processing and Grieving
Betrayal trauma often involves profound losses—trust, identity, security, or relationships. I’ll guide you through the process of acknowledging and grieving these losses in a way that honors your unique journey without pressure or shame.
Reconnecting and Rebuilding
As you regain clarity and stability, we’ll explore ways to rebuild trust in yourself and others. This phase focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, self-compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose.
